* Bedroom 3 - 2 Single Bed – Sleeps 2.  This twin room has a fitted wardrobe which has a self coded safe. Air condition/heating. There is also a chest of drawers and access to a south facing balcony. Matching linen to curtains. This bedroom in the first floor & shares the main bathroom adjacent.

* Bedroom 4 - 1 Large Double Bed – Sleeps 2. This large double bedroom could be considered as another master bedroom. It has an en-suite facilities, hair dryer, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, hair dryer, bedside cabinets, matching linen and curtains.

Air conditioning/ heating in all bedrooms and lounge. Kitchen has a portable and effective heating - Washer/Dryer are in laundry room along with ironing table, iron, and vacuum cleaner. The fourth bathroom is downstairs so that once you come out of the pool you can access it easily. The beautifully lawned gardens has a private stone/brick, free standing barbeque as well as a large stone table and seating. The south facing pool is lit and is in the front garden is also lit. The whole property has a high hedge and is fully fenced at the rear to give the added seclusion and privacy. Villa situated adjacent to Vale do Lobo’s Royal Golf Course and a walking distance to the famous Quinta do Lago shopping/resort within the prestigious golden triangle. The gardens and the pool areas are ideal for evening dining and swimming. Sun loungers are at your disposal. House has alarm. Several famous Golf Courses, restaurants are in the vicinity. Other facilities include swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, water sports, mountain biking and paragliding

 

Valuable Information

Absolutely no cats, dog or any other type of pet allowed. Housekeeping is provided Mon through Fri. Linens changed once a week and towels twice a week. The beach is fine sand. The beach is gradual for a short distance. The water is clear water. There are good swimming conditions in lukewarm water in the summer. Villa is south facing towards the ocean. There is a straight road to the sea/beach and it is estimated a 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car (1.3 km) to the nearest beach (Garrao) which also have restaurants etc. Other nearby beaches are Ancao and Vale do Lobo. Vilamoura is 6 km away and boasts another beach as well as a Marina with all its restaurants, casino, night clubs etc. You are surrounded by several golf courses. The famous Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo Golf Courses are about 5 minutes away. Vilamoura Golf Courses are 5-6 km away. You are spoiled for choice. The airport is 8 km away. Taxis are available but you will need a car.
